Back Exercises

    Anyone do anything interesting besides the lat pulldowns, pull ups, rows? Back is pretty boring lol just trying to get more interesting exercises to do

    Those are the staple exercises. Try variations of those.
    I also will include reverse pull ups: get under a horizontal bar and situate yourself under it at a 45 degree angle, head up and pull yourself up.
    Also ba k extensions are good for the lower back.

    I may be wrong on this (no official info) but it "seems" there are more back exercises than there are for any other muscle group. I hardly ever do the same back exercises two weeks in a row...always switching it up.

    I'd like to list a few, but google is gonna be your best friend here because I don't know what half the shit I do is called. I just do it. icon_lol.gif
