Six Week Body Makeover by Michael Thurmond

    Has anyone heard of this? My partner is starting it on Monday and I told him that I would as well. It helps you to figure out what body type you have. From there you follow the diet and exercise routine, etc. The exercise routine is only about 18 minutes. I am very skeptical but am willing to try for my partner’s sake. He wants to lose a few inches and isn't in to working out. Just curious to see what everyone thinks!

    My exercise routine(s) are mostly less than 15 minutes. However, I usually do two routines per day, three days a week.
    The diet is always the hardest thing to change, yet it's the most important part of losing weight.

    I feel like I am eating better. It also feels like I eat more but healthy.

    Just reading over the materials it looks like a pretty restrictive diet in terms of variety. Since it separates its recipes by body type. 6 weeks also seems like an awfully short period for a "makeover." I guess it depends on the context.

    Like most diet/excersise plans, they are loved by those who follow through with them and see results and hated by those that are expecting a quick fix with little effort. I'm betting you're going to do well with it. icon_wink.gif
