Has anyone heard of this? My partner is starting it on Monday and I told him that I would as well. It helps you to figure out what body type you have. From there you follow the diet and exercise routine, etc. The exercise routine is only about 18 minutes. I am very skeptical but am willing to try for my partner’s sake. He wants to lose a few inches and isn't in to working out. Just curious to see what everyone thinks!
