So I recently started dieting. Not like crazy dieting, but just cutting back on my portions, eating more fruits and veggies, less cookies, ect. Well a little bit after I started this, and I was doing really well, I started eating less. Like a lot less. I was getting dizzy so I started tracking my calories, and I was eating around 800 a day. Now I have to force myself to eat just to get enough calories. Has anyone had problems like this where they just loose their appetite? I'm not talking all the time, I'm just not hungry often enough to provide my body with enough calories.
