I've tried both diets, and while I get quick results from a low carb diet (my version of the Atkins Diet- I stay away from red meat and saturated animal fats, dark meat chicken, egg yolks, bacon, etc.), but, the diet only takes me so far. I don't want to lose muscle mass, just body fat, so I am at a loss as to how best to achieve my goal. I would appreciate any tips that I can get from all of you lean, hard-bodied men out there. Can you gain muscle mass while simultaneously cutting?
