She used to put together a high calorie dish, but she would say that you shouldn't eat stuff like that ALL the time, but it was fine to eat it once in awhile.
People used to be aghast if they saw me eating a candy bar. I guess they thought that I lived on nothing but carrot and celery sticks. The secret is exercise; any exercise, as long as you're moving.
The problem is all the crap that people bring into the house. If you don't bring it home, you won't eat it too often.
You must have seen the entire grocery store aisle devoted to flavored sugar water.
Then, there's the aisle reserved for chips and related fried fat products.
So, treat yourself to a double bacon cheeseburger, WITH FRIES.
But, buy it at a quality place, not a fast food dump like McDonald's.
