Hi Guys,
So here's the deal. I am 5'7 and I weigh 166lbs. I really want to lose about 20lbs and I'm just so confused as to what diet or changes I should make for maximum results. Carbs? no carbs? low calorie? --its all so confusing.

I know that results don't happen over night but I'd like to find a eating program/system that I can continue for the rest of my life.

I always weighed about 140 in college an grad school then when I starting working a desk job i started to put on the pounds. I'm really at a loss as to what I should be doing now to shed the pounds and keep them off. I work out 3 times a week and I'm still not losing!

Also, how do you eat healthy on a budget? I walk into Whole Foods and it's expensive. I want to eat healthier and get my body to a point where I'm not ashamed of it.

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
