I do a lot of walking around London. On average, I will cover about 20 miles when I go into town. I currently wear an Ecco trainer-style walking shoe, with soft leather uppers, Vibram rubber soles and Gore-tex lining. They are supportive, yet stylish and do not look like your typical bulky walking shoes. They have served me very well, over hundreds of miles, and I will probably get another pair, but I wondered if anyone had any other recommendations for a good urban walking shoe.
