What's the weight at which you've aimed for a long time?

It doesn't matter if you're trying to lose weight or gain weight...there must have been a "magic" number that you've always tried to hit but couldn't, or did so after a LONNNNNNNNNNNNG time.

For me it's 140 (and I have been within 3-5 pounds of it for the better part of the last 6 months)...and I might actually hit it some time this month!icon_razz.gif

Oh, and if you can include % body fat too that will make the figures more meaningful. Mine's a shameful 6%.

At one time it was 160...told that wasn't realistic for my size; although my skinny neck says different.
I set it at 180 when I was in strict training (high school football weight).
Can't get below 190, starving myself to death.
Oh...thanks Real Jockers for helping me to understand why this is.

170 with no added muscle, but reduced bodyfat (shooting to get it down to 15%, now at 178-180 with an estimated 18%)..

... later, maybe somewhere between 180-190 with 12-15% bodyfat, and a bit more muscle.

Not looking to become a big muscle dood though, just enough to look good nekkid.

Been shooting for 130 for about three years now, but between muscle gain and weight loss, I've been fluctuating near 135 for some time.

I have 2 weight goals lol. I am trying to cut right now and get a six pack for the first time in my life. I already went from 175 (from bulking) to 160. Now I know I am close and am trying to lose the last 5-8 lbs to get to 152-155.

My real goal is to be 180 and <10% body fat

Well, if we wanted to be truly British about it...

*pours himself a cup of black tea with milk and a squirt of lemon and some biccies*

Ahhh. That's some right good tea.

I'd be shooting for a more muscularish 12 stone and 12 pounds.

    (180lbs or 81.64kg for y'all non-Americans out there...)

Now then.... I've got to make the 15 furlong and 3 chain walk to Mrs. Poggle's to fetch a bushel of potatoes and then maybe down a hogshead of fine ale at the Old Slug and Lettuce Pub in Middle Chipping-Coswolds...

140lbs but I've been told it is not a healthy weight for me. So for now It looks like I'll be shooting for 150 only 5 lbs to go.

My weight stays somewhere between 170 and 175 pretty much all the time, so I just work to keep it that way.
