I have found that when I can keep a regular workout schedule (ie same time, every day, etc.) I stay on track easily and get decent results.
However since I've started my own company I find that I am traveling a lot more and generally just living a pretty hectic life to say the least. As a result I am only able to work out at my normal gym 3 - 4 days in a week, sometimes less. I travel to the same area frequently, but I don't want to spring for a second pricey gym membership, especially since most gyms around here require a yearly commitment. On the other hand, I haven't found very many decent exercises that I can do on the road (in other words without weights).
This in turn impacts the quality of my workouts back home because it feels like I am "starting new" every week and my motivation diminishes. I am sure tehre is a good solution out there and I am looking for suggestions.

I figure RJ is about the best place to look for advice on the matter, so let's open the peanut galley and see what falls out!

Try P90X or Insanity. They’re both high intensity workouts and you can do them anywhere, anytime as long as you have the video set, bands and an empty room.
