How many people find this being the devil in their weight loss/bulk up dreams? Today I went out and bought blue cheese, goat cheese, a baguette, and bri with grapes.

It kills me on the inside but I am so satisfied it doesn't matter

The key is being able to enjoy a nibble...not the whole wheel! icon_lol.gif

    I feel you. I'm a recovering dairy-holic.

I'm currently in Fiji, where any dairy is impossible to find, not mention ridiculously expensive. You'd think that would help my fitness goals, wouldn't you, but noooooooooo. There is far too much other fatty goodness to consume here, and not enough places to eat healthily at.

But like you Chainer - I'm satisfied (perhaps TOO satisfied), so I'm OK with it.

Cheese is the only thing I can't go without... I think it's ok since besides that I eat very healthy. WILL NEVER GIVE UP CHEESE. Just ate some. icon_razz.gif

EDIT: I do eat mainly reduced fat or "fat free" cheese. Tastes pretty much the same and gets the job done in many cases.

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidPoor Chainers, with his penchant for sweets and cheese it must be hard maintaining that girlish figure. icon_smile.gif

I tend to avoid cheese because if I don't brush my teeth soon afterward I get such bad breath and bad taste that even I can't stand my own mouth/breath.

    Bitch I will cut you.

Im gonna cut you so good, your gonna wish I didnt cut you so good.

I don't care for dairy like milk, eggs, etc.... But I love cheese!! Anytime I have been to a wine/ cheese party I just gobble up the cheese cubes. My Mom can make homemade mac and cheese that is out of this world. It so good sometimes I end up eating a whole pan of it! icon_twisted.gif

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, cheeeeeeeeeese !!

Right now, I have a big wedge of Dutch Gouda in the fridge.
    That's my latest favorite cheese.
    It is so good.
For awhile, I was eating gruyere.

BTW, I miss New York Cheddar.
There's nothing better for making mac and cheese.
I used to actually send back there to get it.

    Cuba Cheese Company
    Cuba, New York

They have a horseradish cheddar spread that is better than sex.

Dairy products = love. The end.

Has anybody tried making their own? It's really fun...! (even if it takes FOREVER....)

Chèvre is my kryptonite. There's a log of it sitting in my fridge right now, waiting to ruin my next fitness goal.

Carr Valley Cheese in Middleton, WI makes a goat's milk cardona rubbed in cocoa powder that stops the clock in my world. We got our local supermarket to carry it for a while, but they didn't sell enough and stopped carrying it. icon_cry.gif

The hicks around here think that cheese comes in two kinds: Easy Cheese and Velveeta.
