I sometimes find that no matter how ready I am to work out by the end of my workday when I'm on the 45min ride home I loose said energy and excitement. My solution is to drink a sugarfree redbull right before I leave work so I have more energy and don't skip out.

Is this bad for your heart, especially since I run a hard warm up mile before lifting???

    Bad.

The ONLY time I drink Redbull is with Jagerbombs. It's one of my cheat drinks. icon_biggrin.gif

You could go in the morning before work or take a power nap after you get home and then go to the gym.

I thought this was a thread about my RJ friend, redbull, who falls into the GOOD category. icon_biggrin.gif

I also feel wiped out late in the day. Sometimes I take a fifteen minute nap before working out. I also find that eating a small snack just before and then pushing myself to get going works to overcome the tired feeling.

Sometimes I wonder if it is physical/mental tiredness or just a mental game that my body is playing with me to measure my commitment level.

I hear that, my days are just kind of long compared to your 9-5er's and I work and hour away from home so my day for work, including getting there and getting home is 13hours and then I have to workout.

I could get up early but I've never been a great sleeper which makes it hard to be a morning person.

I just want to make sure it's not going to promt a heart attack or something, that would be a dampener on my day.
