I thought our bodies produce vitamin D in reaction to sunlight, why supplement with it?

I only take a multi-vitamin. It can't be healthy or natural to overload yourself with supplements.

it's not unhealthy, but it's a waste of money. all you need is a multivitamin and a good diet... and a fiber supplement wouldn't kill anyone either ;). everything else that your body doesn't need or can't absorb just comes out in your pee, and as i've said before, you end up pissing your money away.

Although, taking a multi-vitamin really isn't "natural" either; but eating the needed vitamins is very close to impossible.

    ON gold whey
    ON optimen multi
    fish oil
    micronized creatine mono

Everyone that doesn't consume omega 3 rich fish should consider taking fish oil. The health benefits are tremendous. Creatine cycling has also been shown to be beneficial in govt funded studies.

It's true. In a survey done by Real Age.com only 1% received all of their daily nutritional requirements.

I'd be too embarrassed to list them all...and how much it costs each month.
    The most important are:

Krill Oil...same benefits as fish oil but a whole lot more
Ubiquinol...the reduced form of CoQ10. Standard CoQ10 is increasingly not absorbed past the age of 35.
Vitamin D...the most important of all. Almost everyone is deficient in D, unless you work/play outdoors year round near the equator. Over hyped fear of the sun is making it even worse; leading to ever increasing cancer rates and dozens more chronic illnesses.

Here in Florida Vitamin D deficiency is not a concern. All you have to do is walk out to your car twice a day.[/quote]

Best source for sure. I think you can get 20,000 units from just getting a little flushed...15-20 minutes out. And you can't O. D. from natural production.
