I'm going to Vegas this weekend and I need some ideas on what to do that doesn't involve getting drunk or going to a casino because that's boring.

I also need lots of good food, being the foodie that I am, so please recommend places to eat that aren't tourist traps.

I figured this is the best place to ask as there are so many Nevada boys on RJ. You're also welcomed to come say hi! icon_smile.gif

Well if you are going at this time of the year, I recommend plenty of pool time because it is going to be scorching hot!!
Old Vegas is fun too. There are the casinos, but ii is also a great place to people watch!!
Hopefully guys like NV7 and Malefeet can help you out with more local hot spots that don't involve the strip! Have Fun!!

Just returned from my Vegas weekend. Boy, it was scorching hot! I practically just melted walking down the strip.

I discovered that I can have a pretty awesome time without hitting the casinos. Saw Zumanity (great show) and Absinthe, both quite erotic and sexually-charged. I also did the SkyJump at the Stratosphere. As for the clubs, Krave seems overrated. Lots of attitude but decent music, the go-go boys weren't the best I've seen and $20 cover for a place that really isn't as classy as the other spots! I ended up having more fun in the straightish venues but find myself staring at hot women the entire night icon_twisted.gif

there are tons of shows you can watch. Cirque du soleil and wynn has some good shows.

and there are tons of famous chef restaurants all over the strip. also you can always just walk around the strip, watching free shows from each hotels. and fremont street is always fun to go.
