My boyfriend and I are heading up there. Looking to hang out and meet people - hopefully end up on someone's boat :-)

You mean where at the beach and pool there will be hundreds of sweaty men in very tiny bathing suits (and no suits at all at one end of the beach)? Now why would you want to go to that?

My partner and I are going. Were camping at Campit Fri-Sun. Haven't been camping in years.

Is that still going on there Iceblink?
I enjoy getting back to nature ;-)

I'd like to drive up from Michiana for some parties and the pool scene; but not stay. Don't want to drop $1k for a weekend.

I'll be there. Summer in Saugatuck can't be beat. The place is full of the hottest yet friendliest guys you'll ever meet!

I've not been in decades but now that I'm back in the area I'd like to go at least a few times this summer... Any recommendations on which places are the best to stay, ie cabins, hotel, etc.. NOT camping.. and which to avoid?

I was impressed with all the improvements at http://dunesresort.com/ after a decade away. I've never stayed anywhere else...they're still very dog friendly with lots of acreage.

This is where the party is; in part because the pool and clubs are open to the public, not just guests.
