    I did something very similar with my training yesterday it was awesome..

    *Tire Flip
    *Sledgehammer
    *Pushups
    *Jumps
    *Heavy Rope

    I really wanna try the rope exercises but sadly rope of that caliber costs a small fortune icon_eek.gif

    The rope exercises were definitely a challenge in view that it weighs about 20 pounds....then my trainer basically takes two barbells 50 lbs at one end of the parking lot, he stands on top of them and then I have to try to hurdle him out with the rope, but he weighs about 200lbs...lol, anyway it was a great workout...we will be doing this a couple days during the week to change the routine.icon_biggrin.gif
