I'm 5 foot 11 weight about 160 lbs and have a 7-pack(I have asymetrical abs haha), but it's extremey hard for me to gain weight. I have extremely high metabolism.

An idea of my body: I have a pretty flat chest, defined stomach but I'm bottom heavy. My thighs are muscular, yet a bit...uh juicy? My calves are muscular and defined.

So...I want a bigger chest, but there's not much to work with. I also want to make my rear perkier. I've been doing squats-is that enough.

Also, how do I know many reps to do? I don't have access to a gym at the moment, but I've been doing 100 pushups a day, as well as dips.

I've been told that I need to eat more protein, but how would I even go about calcuating how many calories to eat, so that I gain weight? And I don't want to be fat, I just some weight to work with on my chest to define it. It's practically skin on bones.

Wish I could transfer my rear and thighs to my chest haha but anybody have a body like this and can give me tips or know someone with a body like mine, but know how they overcame it?

buddy, push ups are your best friend. also, what are your eating habits like? how much are you eating? how much protein are you getting in daily? what exercises are you doing to get a bigger chest? are you hitting each muscle group at least twice a week

I eat a bowl of plain corn flakes with milk in the morning, afternoon-some brown rice with vegetables or pasta. I have a few snacks throughout the day and I'll probably have 2nds or 3rds of rice or pasta later in the day. I eat about 2 or 3 bowls of pasta or rice daily.

    Is there a specific time I shouldn't eat before/after?

I do 50 pushups in the morning take a break then do 50 more later in the day. I can only manage about 10 dips at the moment, pretty lame I know, but then again I do them after pushups, so that might account for it. Without a gym is there more that I can do? I'm going to go to my university's gym mid July, when I'm back in that area.

Is there anything else I can do/should be/eating/changing until then?

    Thanks for replying tuffguyndc icon_smile.gif

You need to eat more protein for one thing. You won't build any muscle if you're not chowing down the protein.
