Questions about Verification

    Heyo,

I'm not out of the closet due to my living situation. I live with my parents and during adolescence my father stumbled upon me watching gay porn and attempted to end my life. My mother was not supportive either and signed me up for a psychologist and tried to get me on medication. I smoothed it over because I'm a smooth talker, but they are extremely close-minded and religious to a fault. When people ask about girlfriends, etc, I simply state that my personal life is private. I came out to an accquaintance but then again, he doesn't even live in the same state, so not much of a risk. I've come to terms with my sexuality in odds with my religious upbringing and I'm very mentally stable, which I'm grateful for.

I know you don't really care about my backstory, but I just wanted to give a reason as to why I don't want to post my pic and have it backfire on me.

So...if I do the verification process, while those pics be public? Can I set them to private? Just wondering. Any feedback is welcome.

Anything you put on the internet can be potentially public. Is there a particular reason why you want to be verified?

If you look at most verified profiles you seldom see the 'RealJock 123" photo. I never saw my verification photo again after RealJock verified me. I am assuming they looked at it horrified and set it on fire and quickly verified me so I wouldn't submit another.

I think they keep it on file, somewhere for the FBI to review at a later point in time. icon_lol.gif
