"Health is one area in which the public sector consistently does a better job than the private sector at controlling costs."

Medicare is a Ponzi scheme very much the same way that private insurance companies operate as Ponzi schemes.

Both Public and Private insurers need a steady supply of customers who will never collect fully on their policies......so as to balance out the smaller number of customers who will collect much more than they have paid in to either system.

So the comparison isn't about who is operating a Ponzi.....but who is operating one more efficiently and with greater benefits and less cost to its customers.

Its not so much that the people need to file less of a claim, but the companies also need to invest their excess reserves to keep up with inflation and the cost of claims as well.

One of the reasons why medical insurance premiums are increasing are because their is a rising cost of medical care as well.
