Ok I need help creating a workout routine!

    So I have been working out for years, but always for sports and on my own. Now I want to take it seriously and gain some muscle and get more cut. I am starting my diet, but my routine needs work, actually I dont really have a set one. I just go. But does anyone have a good one that I could use. I tried the muscle building one but I got off it. does is even work?

    From the looks of it you've been doing a great job with your sports training.
