amuzing, but created a meal for me with both rice and pasta in it. It´s like being in Colombia.

And there was another one with

    1 item Apple
    1 item Baked Potato
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    4 oz Tuna

Haha well it's not perfect. I usually keep hitting generate until it gives me something manageable. Plus, you can choose which foods it uses. I leave out coconut oil lol

mercy, I'd hate to see what that'd do to my food budget, even on a "weight loss" diet of 2700 cal/day....

A little turned off by pasta for breakfast! LOL Interesting for sure and does sort of give you some ideas of what and how much to have for a meal.

It's good for someone just starting, and who doesn't care whether or not they do it right.

Eh? What's wrong about it? I'd say it's pretty useful for someone looking to bulk up. The proportions of macronutrients were spot on for the 3500 calorie/6 meals per day I requested.

Or are you saying that because it isn't paleo-friendly? icon_lol.gif

Should one's diet (carb vs protein vs fat) always be so evenly distributed?
