Lately, I've been finding it really difficult to focus on school, my job, and my fitness goals.

How do you guys stay focused? And where do you guys go to find motivation when you're stuck in a slump?

Well, this is somewhat off-topic since it requires some motivation to begin with, but...

One way that can help is to start monitoring what you do.

Organize a list into general groups of things you do during the day, such as:

    eating
bathroom (showers, primping, etc., not pooping)
    masturbating
    online bantering (including RJ)
    homework
    walking
    driving
talking to friends (real life or on phone)
    gym time

Jot down how long you do each of these every day for a week or so. Then add up the totals. You might find out that one of more of these that you want to cut back on is actually taking way more time out of your day than you previously thought. Once your aware of which behaviors is taking away time you'll know to cut back on them.

This sounds like a good idea. I'm pretty sure Facebook would take the cake on my list-of-things-i-do-in-a-day. Organizing my time would definitely help me focus on the things that actually matter.
