Well, this is somewhat off-topic since it requires some motivation to begin with, but...
One way that can help is to start monitoring what you do.
Organize a list into general groups of things you do during the day, such as:
bathroom (showers, primping, etc., not pooping)
online bantering (including RJ)
talking to friends (real life or on phone)
Jot down how long you do each of these every day for a week or so. Then add up the totals. You might find out that one of more of these that you want to cut back on is actually taking way more time out of your day than you previously thought. Once your aware of which behaviors is taking away time you'll know to cut back on them.
