    This is a rebuttal on a badly written articel about Paleo diet on US NEWS.

    I didn't read everything...just skimmed over it.
    All I know is that this is the leanest (and most muscular) I've ever been in my life, and I do the Paleo.

    Your success just disproved everything US NEWS reported. Please educated all your friends that mistakenly taking the badly reported news as fact.

    Not necessarily...the only proof I have is visual.
    I can't prove anything about the health benefits or lack thereof,
    I can, however, say that I've been told I'm too skinny. icon_lol.gif

    I noticed part of how they rate diets is how long people stick with it. That's completely unfair to many diets. The public wants an easy diet that "tells" them what to do. So of course the ones that ranked the highest where those with built in discipline models and subscriptions that separate them from their money. Always a good motivator.
