    It's ridiculous.
Buses getting shut down, window smashing on department stores, tear gas bombs and exploding cars.

It gives a new meaning to "a violent sport"

Just got back home to Kits from Downtown - had to walk across Burrard St. Bridge before I could find a cab.

Disappointed in the drunken idiots right now - that being said, so many people came to the game tonight with the intention of causing shit no matter what the outcome - despicable, but does not reflect the vast majority of Vancouverites who just wanted to show support for their team.

Still proud to live in Vancouver, though!

All you f*cking thugs out there, please don't come back to our city. You're not welcome here after destroying our beautiful city.

To me, it reminded me more of an Asian or Latin American left-vs-right political rally than a sports event icon_eek.gif

    Ahaa, that's so true.
Although apparently, there were thousands of volunteers who went downtown yesterday and cleaned up.

And I would rather focus on that knutcaze....and best of all most of that clean up effort was organized by young people. My faith in todays under 25's ain't going to be shaken by a bunch of 'Poster Boys for Birth Control' hooligans....this city is going to change and I think it will be all for the better.
