She was in Afghanistan for a year, and the dog missed her each and every day as seen here!

    Truly touching.

This is why dogs are so wonderful... Golden Retrievers, especially.

I think I'll throw in the towel with my love life and adopt a puppy instead. Yes, that's what I'll do.

These vids remind me of my dog Striker.

I used to have a massive American bulldog/Alsatian mix puppy who I bought when he was just a few weeks old (sooooo beautiful, people would always stop me in the street to compliment how gorgeous he was, or to offer to breed their dog with mine as he was such a perfect looking stud-dog), when I was still living at home with my family.

I moved out several months after though (for Uni) and when I first returned to visit, I will NEVER forget, my dog Striker went berserk, jumping on me (he was massive at this point so it looked pretty comical), *crying*, licking me frantically, trying to get as close to me as possible, running around chasing his tail, jumping up and down etc- he was a nutter at the best of times but this just took the cake lol.... <3 =]

Soon after that, my mum was expecting another baby and decided to she could no longer keep him (everybody in the household, sister/parents, were working all day & out a lot in the evenings), and as I didn't have the space at my then apartment (nor the time due to studying Law to properly care for him), he was given to an animal shelter one day whilst I was away ..... Totally sucks balls (not in the good way).. I hope he is OK. I called the shelter soon after that happened and they gave me an update (they cut his tail, and he was still pining for me/my family- I wanted to visit him, but it would have only made it worse for him and I wouldn't have wanted to leave him there despite having no real choice but to do so- hence I didn't) but i've been too scared to ask the shelter what happened to him since then in case he never got re-homed and they put him down...I really don't want to hear that =[ ...

I hope somebody great adopted him.

During the video, did anyone elses dogs get a little crazy?

My dogs came right to my computer when the dog started whimpering...like they were looking for it.
