I am currently doing my fist cutting cycle in my life and I am using ephedrine/caffeine and cayenne pepper. I figure I have about 6-7 lb left to go. I have started close to 3 weeks ago and I am steadily losing 2 lb per week. I do low intensity cardio every morning for 60 minutes( walking on a slope) and weights 3 times a week. I figured my maintenance calories level is about 1900 and I eat around 1400 per day, maybe 1-2 bananas(100-160 cal) extra on weights days.
From the research I've done, besides steroids, only ephedrine/caffeine works.
Any other supplement is just crap backed by marketing "studies".
Any supplements store sells ephedrine in Canada and is very cheap.
200mg caffeine/20-25g ephedrine 3 times a day (e.q. 8 am, noon, 4 pm). Build it gradually to that amount in a week or so and don't do it more than 6 weeks in a row... is the general consensus about it.
In addition, you could take about 3 times a day cayenne pills(or powder, powder is the best and cheapest) about 90000 SHU each time.
The effect of cayenne pepper on your body is dramatic and almost instantly. (on blood flow, metabolism, CNS, muscle recovery etc)
In fact, I use cayenne as a regular pre workout supplement. You wont find a lot of info about it on bodybuilding sites since it cost very little and there isn't much profit for the supplement companies and reps. to make out of it.
