One Democratic U.S. Senator has media investments that dwarf any of his colleagues… and they include a very large stake in News Corp., which owns Fox News Channel. Who is it?

Massachusetts Senator and former Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry, who has shares of News Corp. valued at between $600,000 and $1.25 million. That is in addition to shares of NBCUniversal parent company Comcast valued at between $1.75 million and $2.5 million.

Other notable investors include House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who owns between $100,000 and $250,000 in Comcast stock and Texas Republican Michael McCaul, who owns significant chunks of stock in Comcast, News Corp. Disney and CBS

Why should it be considered awkward ?

People who invest, invest in companies that are likely to make money.
And, there are enough stupid, ignorant, radical, right wing, hate mongering, homophobic, racist, Republican religious nuts out there, watching and bowing down to Faux News, every single day, that the company HAS to be making a profit.
