  3? I can only think of one: provided better for my partner. Which I could have, were it not for DOMA. The Republicans here can explain why they support this. None of my military retirement or benefits can go to him, nor my Social Security, thanks to DOMA.
  
  Can any of the Republican robots here explain or defend this? I would welcome hearing their rationalizations.
