What is your workout routine?

    I was just curious about some of the workout regime that you guys have. So it be nice if you could share what you do each day, when is rest day. Thanks!!

    I workout 2-3 days, or however long it takes to get really sore. Then I rest till the soreness goes away, then rest one extra day to ensure proper healing, then back at it for another 2-3 days.

    No specific routine. I just make sure to hit all the major muscle groups evenly every week.
