I'm thinking about starting to use NO-Xplode because I feel like I've hit a plateau and maybe need to start supplementing to help. Also everyone I know on it has a killer body! But I want to know what people thing about it? If anyone here is on it, are you having a good or bad experience? Pros? Cons? Does it make you bloat? Is it only for a certain body type? Let me know your opinions please.

    Thanks,
    ~Alex

I used NO-Xplode for a while, it does get you pumped up, but after reading more about what it does to the veins and arteries I stopped using it.

When I was using it I did notice an increase in the amount of weight I was lifting as well as stamina.

I too, am interest in hearing from others who have used this product, both good or bad.

I'll be really honest...it's all cr@p...I used to drink that stuff all throughout my 20's in the hopes of keeping up with the other guys at the gym...finally, I looked at how much I was spending on recovery drinks at the gym in a month and it was $120!

Rude awakening...I stopped using any supplements...and honestly...I look the same...not difference at all...I certainly know people who drink the "crack in a bottle" to get through their workouts, but you can't keep that up forever...and when you go off of it...it's worse than coffee!

I used it for a few months last year... it did make me feel just a little more pumped before hitting the weights. It is fairly expensive but what got to me was the fact that it has a different form of Creatine in it. I did suffer from slight bloating in the first week but my body adjusted to it.

I would recommend it for use just for a couple of weeks(as an aid) while you're trying to lift/move away from the plateau you've hit.

    Hope this helps.

I've never tried NO-Xplode but just today began using Black Powder, which is essentially the same class of supplement. It gets a lot of rave reviews, especially for tasting better than the competition. It's also alleged to go to work faster. Can't say I noticed a big difference in this morning's workout but I'll report back after I've tried it for a week or two.

I've used NO-Xplode for a while now. My advice is to start off slow and really assess your tolerance level. It can keep me up at night if I use too much of it too close to bed time. That blows. And be sure to eat something before working out. I'm able to have great pumps and lift a lot, so I'm able to get more out of my workouts.

I've used about 10 different form of creatine. Haven't used no-xplode but it's all pretty much the same. I love it, but the same with anything, you have to cycle it. 4-6 weeks on 4-6 weeks off. With creatine there's a loading phase too so you actually want to take more in the beginning.

The only people I ever saw using it were 16-18 year old kids who hung round the gym in packs mostly advising each other that they weren't doing exercises correctly and demonstrating an even worse way to do them. icon_rolleyes.gif

Anyway it's a moot point seen as they made it illegal to sell or import about 8 months ago...

Not that I used it but animal pac ad hydroxycut which I had tried and would like to experiment further with was also made illegal.

That and a civil liberties issue that seems hypocritical in a country where you can buy vodka and cigarettes on every corner

I used NO_Xplode for a couple of weeks. I was able to lift and workout more then before, that made me happy! But the bloating was too much for me, I was retaining water like a camel. After researching it more I stopped using it because it was counter productive to my health goals.
I also would suggest using it to help overcome your plato then stopping once you reach the level you are trying to persue. That should go with all suppliments. Everyone here is giving some good advice, thankyou for the reaffirmation that you are all supplying.
I do take Hydroxy-cut Hardcore once in awhile when I know Im gonna need a boost come workout time. Other then that, I stick to my Centrum in the morning and water through the day. Oh, and coffee.. gotta have coffeeicon_lol.gif

I used No-Explode and got an initial burst of energy from it...but soon became very sick of drinking it...the taste became sickening. I have stopped using creatine products also, because I tend to get fat along with muscular when I take them.

I've been using it for a couple months now. Very happy with the results. I have the most intense workouts since I started using it. I have also noticed reduced recovery time and an increase in strength. The key to this supplement is that it MUST .. MUST be taken on an empty stomach no less than two hours after eating. Otherwise it will make you feel sick. I have not noticed any bloating or water retention as others have stated. But it was reformulated a few months ago. That may have been the reason why.

An alternative to the caffeine laden arginine enhanced NO-Xplode is Plasmatic. Perhaps you can cycle them and see which works best for you.

I love plasmatic, and it has GLPC, which is Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine. For those of you in-the-know it is an amino acid combination that increases pumps, vascularity, and more specifically, endurance. The pumps are good but I really enjoy the endurance increase of this product. I think GLPC will be another substance in the sports field that will eventually get lots of attention, especially for bicyclists and runners. I love what it does for my cardio. I do an hour of cardio with little if any effort lately...I'm thinking of increasing this.

Plasmatic does not have any caffeine or any harsh stimulants. I have no problems with taking caffeine really, but it doesn't have to be in every supplement and I don't need it to have a good workout.

Get White Flood & Purple Wraath (by controlled labs).

I used White Blood by Controlled Labs, seemed to be a worthwhile supplement as well.
