Art_Deco saidApple has excellent phone service. Whenever I get stumped I just ring them up in the US. The wait is always less than 5 minutes, and I get someone who speaks actual US/Canadian English. Their top customer service rating from Consumer Reports and others who evaluate the industry is not by mistake.
But one thing I did find was that I often have to double-check what account I'm using on iTunes. When I bought my old iPhone 3GS (now on a 4) I already had a Google e-mail account. Shortly after that I got Apple's own Mobile Me account (me.com). But for some reason they've never been able to blend the old account with the new, and I have to double-check which one I last used. Some apps only work with Google e-mail (the very first I installed) and all the others with Mobile Me.
