Stewart is one of those men who's brain is incredible to watch in action. Yes it's almost 14 minutes but it's totally worth every second.

theantijock saidI like him a lot but I like him better when he is more honest as that is when his mind works best. I had to stop watching when he denied the herpes/palin infection. He should have said simply that they are both afflictions to humanity and moved on with his thoughts instead of wasting energy by denying the obvious.

Sorry but for that performance he gets only a B plus.

If you stopped watching at that point you not only missed out but you clearly missed out on the satire.

I wanted Stewart to make the point that Comedy Netwrk purports to make people laugh, while FOX purports to inform.

It is only the inrterviewer who keeps trying to insist Comedy Network is supposed to tryto fully inform when making a joke.. That is absurd.

Jon Stewart makes jokes - and that is not ideological.

That FOX reports the way it does is ideological.

Interesting interview. I hate Fox News. Love MSNBC...until they get on my nerves. But hey, Countdown with Keith Olberman is back!

    I liked that a lot.

And, it's absolutely true that the radical right wingers have an agenda, and that they are convinced that the liberals have an agenda, as well.

The liberals don't have an agenda.
The right wingers LIE, making up crap and calling it the liberal agenda.

The perfect example is the right wing accusation that there is a "homosexual agenda."
We've yet to find out what exactly that is.
Many on the right wing LIE and spread a lot of crap that they CLAIM is the homosexual agenda, in order to scare voters away from granting equal rights. They spread crap like the following.
--Teachers will be required to teach about homosexuality
--Gay people want to indoctrinate your children
--Gay people want to recruit your children
--One man and one woman is the best parental situation for raising kids

And, they do the same thing with many other facets of the liberal wing.
Instead of debating an issue and giving their opinion, backed up by facts, the Republicans LIE and claim that
--There will be DEATH PANELS if national health care is passed.
--The government will get between you and your doctor, and the government will decide whether or not you get medical care.
