I don't want to sound like a whimpering baby or a sissy girl here, but lately I've found myself a little down in the dumps.
It could be a combination of things, i.e. work, lifestyle, or even weather, what ever it is I find that I'm sad most of the day.
Usually working out helps me feel better, it's just not doing it for me lately.

I guess this is where you send your comments, and suggestions . . .

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Do up your hair, put on a nice blouse, go to happy hour, have a cocktail and look for a hook up.

II know this can be kind of determined by what access you have to a city, but wandering around cities on a nice day tends to help me emotionally detox (if that makes any sense). sometimes better if you can do it with a friend too, but I also like just wandering around by myself *shrugs* works for me

(that and watching true blood haha icon_smile.gif)

I either go do something physical or take my dog to the park. There is nothing that puts me in a better mood than seeing my boy happy and playing. icon_biggrin.gif

I listen to good music ... usually stuff that vibes with how I feel.

    When I'm sad...

"Hero" and "Can't take that away" by Mariah Carey are my favorites...
