What is my body fat percentage and what do I need to work on to achieve this look? Thanks guys.

    How do you guys calculate body fat percentage? Can you guys tell based on looking at my pics? If so, could you guys give an approximation to what my BF% is based on the two pictures below?

    Also, I'm planning on starting to work out and don't know where to start. I don't really plan on bulking up, maybe planning on cutting for that lean/defined look. My goal is something like Cam Gigandet below:

    Do I need to start lifting like squats and deadlifts? Or is that overkill for my plans?

    As for diet, I am looking into keto. Will that work for cutting?

    Yes, Chiaroscuro is EXACTLY right. You should not aspire to be the best you can be, you should aspire to being less than that; or in this case, fatter than that! After all, you don't want to disappoint yourself, right?

    Hire a trainer for fastest results.

    Thanks guys! I'll follow chiaroscuro's advice and start with resistance training. My goal is to have more definition in my abs, traps, deltoids, triceps, and biceps, and have a bf% of about 9-10%. I don't plan on looking "big", just some decent definition would be fine with me. I'm not really concerned about reaching it the fastest since I don't have a particular time frame in mind.
