Treadmilling?

    I heard from someone that you can effectively train what I call the "Sexy Muscles" (abs, arms, legs) through just running? Is there any truth to that? I've just started doing 20-minute treadmill walk/runs (before you say it, lay off, despite my weight I'm not very fit yet icon_sad.gif ).

    I've also caved in and bought a 15-lb dumbbell for when I'm not at the rec. center. Unfortunately the only thing I know how to do with it is curl. Any sort of help to get me looking like a Corbin Fisher model would be deeply appreciated! icon_biggrin.gif

    There are zillions of workout programs for all kind of exercizes using dumbbells only. For example:

    And there are lots of workout vids for dumbells only on YouTube.
