Anyone heard of/got any experience of the Athlean-X workout program? It's a competitor to P90X.

I've done P90X several times, enjoyed it, but want a change. Searching for Athlean-X reviews online gives only sleazy suspicious "reviews" that look planted.

It's very comparable to P90X, just without the videos. I greatly prefer Athlean-X because its just a lot more fun to do. The exercises are different, and you can get a lot of additional free stuff from following the youtube channel. I don't think you'll be packing on ass tons of muscle with the program, but it was good to train and shred up without losing much. Very practical and they include fitness tests.

That does sound good. The marketing for everything fitness related is so completely over the top that it's hard to cut through the bullshit and separate what's worthwhile from what's not.
