When I turn my bedside light off at the end of the day. I know I have done my best.

I find it hard to fall asleep so I think of a far fetched story based on something that's happened that day or a conversation I'd like to have with someone, then all of a sudden a unicorn with a corn cob horn jumps out of my eyeball and with the voice of Denzel Washington tells me that I have to follow him but won't tell me why or where. When it gets too crazy I pass out. icon_biggrin.gif

Or I listen to some music to take my mind off willing myself to sleep. At the moment my sleep songs are The Verve pipe's 'Freshman' and Jewel's 'You were meant for me'.

I scan my brain of all the guys I came into contact with that specific day....Pick my desired prey...then beat off until my load splashes on my belly and chest......sleep comes soon after.....BUD

I "review" all the things I did during the day. If I did something wrong that merit an improvement, I'll sleep on it and work on it for the next time that it happens. If I did something good I'll simply praise myself for it.

I think about simple things, and when what I think escapes my grasp and it slightly out of control, I know I'm starting to dream and I keep it up. My favorite artist David Barnes says this moment is the best moment for creativity and creation.
