    Day 3 - Legs/Shoulders:

    Day 4 - Chest + abs

Day 5 - Optional Superset Day

You've been working out for 2 months. He's probably been working out for over 10+ years.

It's not going to happen overnight. Patience is a virtue.

I`d recommend a programme of cardio and weight training to achieve this muscular/defined physique.I`d also say you need to eat enough calories and protein particularly to help your muscles grow.Throw in plenty of fluid and rest and consistency of training and you should begin to see results.
    Best wishes with the programme!
