My workouts are soooo good! (HOW GOOD ARE THEY?!) They're so good that.....

    ...sometimes I have to take the elevator down to the locker room because my legs are too shaky to walk down the stairs. Such a good feeling.

    That's called over training and it's one of the signs your body gives you when it's burning off your muscle. over training is caused by having a horrible work out that causes you to work out too much icon_razz.gif


    I bet you're this much fun at parties too. Come on, dude, I think you're reading too much into it. I do 5 sets of 10 controlled reps on each body part. My legs are tired. Seeing awesome results.

    I also know I"ve had a great cardio workout when I get that awesome endorphin rush and my mood skyrockets.

    I know I`ve had an excellent workout when I get the 'burn' as I call it: a simultaneous feeling of utter exhaustion and a parallel feeling of supreme lightness,strength,and energy;and the latter prevails over the former.Strange,I know
