Awww, I was just sitting here and I thought how sweet that is. In this world of texting and cells, and candi grams, I am sure it is a lost art. If you do it, tell us some stories about what you wrote, how'd he react...make us cry. <3 <3<3<3 I mean as an adult too.

Love letters is indeed beautiful!.... but, unfortunately sometimes we're afraid to care too much, for fear that the other person does not care at all about us!icon_rolleyes.gif

I used to but he is dead now, and I have many shoes boxes full of love letters from Russia. We never communicated via the net, it was always snail mail, and I got all those Russian stamps too.

The first guy I had a crush on I wrote him a love letter and kept a red rose on his desk. :/
I was 19 and he was my classmate. He was straight. I still wrote him a love poem. It was so silly of me.
I still write love poems/love letters. I find them to be very romantic. There is a sense of wonder and beauty in them. Sigh.

I write love letters to boys who don't exist. I write about one a week, and oneday, I'll give them to someone. Or someones. I haven;t decided. I just... have so much love in me, and nowhere to put it. So I write it down and wait for the boy that makes my heart flutter and makes me blush and smile.

I love the film noir, romantic foreign film feeling this gave. I could just see you in your black briefs smoking a pipe as you thumb through these letters and wait for your Svitanak to finish baking in the oven and say stuff like "Betch, ju are so swet...betch.". icon_surprised.gif Lol, I know you are the Aussie, but so hot the role reversal. icon_surprised.gificon_surprised.gificon_surprised.gif

You two are so cool. You were also very sexy back when you used to make his lunch for that job at the factory. Remember that day you brought it in late and the boss made quite an example of you both.. You can't dispute official photographic proof.icon_redface.gif

This is my sloppy handwriting, a test write of what I wrote on the inside of a copy of Nietzsche's Will to Power:

    From Misc.

    He just recently moved away.

Also, I met a guy on RJ when I first joined; I wrote him a love letter. I never gave it to him. It's sealed, and I've forgotten what I said.

I feel hard for an hot and adorable French Canadian I met on a business trip to Montreal about 10 years ago. We corresponded my email for 6 months before I finally flew up to stay with him for four days in Montreal. We spent the four days entwined in one another. When I returned home I received a love letter from him. The relationship only lasted the summer but I still cherish the time we spent and his letter seems to capture the intensity we felt. I am keeping it in French because I just don't want to change a thing he wrote.

    "dimanche soir

Je ne sais que penser... je pleure.

Je suis persuadé que de l'endroit où tu te trouves...... les ailes te
pousses dans le dos... tel un ange de retour au paradis... après une
mission accomplie.
