Big F**King Rock (BFR) front squat....basically you grab a rock @ 50-80 pounds and squat with it.
(BFR) Walking Lunge ...use a 20-30 pound rock... your basic walking lunge
Holding the rock with one arm and your shoulder...(be careful not to hurt yourself) and take 5 walking lunges, switch the wiegth to the other side and repeat
Pallet Rope Pull...tie a rope around pallet (or a flat peice of wood that you drilled/cut a hole through) Add rocks to it for wieght, stand at least 15 feet away and pull it toward you using only your arms. Keep your back as straight as possible.
Pallet Drag...using the pallet you made previously, tie the rope around your waist and run as hard as you can for 75 feet... repeat 6 times
Elevated Plank Walk Up... Using the pallet, place a large rock on it and get in a push-up position feet on the rock with your elbows on the ground so your upper-body weight is on your forearmes. Move into a push up position one arm at a time a then back down again for 1 min.
BFR Half-Moon...20-30 pounds
Squat down to your right, holding the rock on the outside of your right knee ... the stand straight with the rock over your head ...the squat to the left holding the rock past the left knee. 10 reps
