looking to get big results from lifting Help me out guys

    OK, i toned my body well but now i wanna get some serious muscle gain, but the only thing is I'm not sure how. Ive been reading a book by mens health thats help out alot, but i want to gain alot more muscle now, any tips to hit my muscles hard when im lifting? As long as their not steroids,hit me up!!!

    Start by getting good information from reliable sources and look for yourself what you want to do. I recommend reading some of the articles posted on simplyshredded.com They offer good insights from reliable scientific sources and should help you on your way. To give you some kind of starting point you could try looking into the starting strength workout designed by Mark Rippetoe. Or if you are already a bit more advanced, look for a good HIIT workout. Or try the PHAT workout by Layne Norton. You can find most of these on:

    just go consistently and and try to improve every week; with that you'll get in great shape
