Seriously cant fucking stand most women at the gym. Especialy the ones that take up space in the free-weight section of the gym and waste valuable time on the weight machines. I seriously, wanna pick a weight up and drop it on their fucking head.

99.9% of the time they're using some barely there weight, and doing 1000 reps at a time, not even breaking a sweat, doing the exercise wrong. I can physically stand there and see that they are not even doing the exercise right, therefore not benefiting them one bit, rather they waste time and energy taking up space on a machine I could be using and benefiting from.

Fucking women should stick to Curves gym, or stick do the eliptical machines where women belong. they shouldnt even be lifting weights anyway, dumb bitches.

dude, it's just frustrating when i gotta wait for some post-menopausal 55 year old woman to get off the pull up machine, because she thinks she's gonna try and stay fit and trim by doing them, when in reality she does the exercise so wrong that she isnt benefiting herself, rather she wastes my time and her own.

At the gym, when im "in the zone" i seriously wanna go to some of the stupid cunts and throw a weight as hard as i can at them to MOVE the fuck outta my way.

Much as the OP sounds like a rant, I have to agree with a lot of it. I really think gyms are one place where women & men should be segregated, just like locker rooms. How it's accomplished I don't care: totally separate facilities, divided facilities, or different hours, I don't care.

But I simply don't want to share gym space with females. Maybe straight men do, but I do not. icon_razz.gif

Bad idea. They'll claw your eyes out! icon_lol.gif

Anyways, I see this all the time in the gym but it's not limited to women. I see it a lot with guys too, young and old. That's why I go to the gym at certain hours when it's dead.

Despite their elongated horsey faces and deep booming voices even the most roided competitive female bodybuilders at my gym turn into total Valley Girls when they train together, taking lengthy breaks between sets to gossip without letting anyone else work in.

Women in gyms are HORRIBLE! I have actually just left the gym before finishing my workout because of females.

I like to smile at the women, at the scrawny dudes, at the fat chicks, at the disabled, the elderly, and all the other folks who aren't "buffed" and in top physical condition. I also say hello. And, I also provide encouragement and I answer questions when these other people open up to me.

I remember when I was the scrawny dude in the gym. I remember when I couldn't go into the free weight area because I didn't feel like I belonged. Whenever I see anybody in the gym, I'm just glad that they're doing something to make themselves better at whatever they aspire to be.

What annoys me are the muscle heads who think they're "all that and a bag of chips". I make sure to get in their way every time. I turn on the creepy with them too. They usually leave. It works!

Bla bla bla... Gym is there for everyone!

Grow up and develop a routine that is as flexible enough to give yourself a good workout without requiring a specific piece of equipment.

Besides I've never been to a gym and had to weight long for a squat rack, they just aren't used. Nor have I had to weight long for a set of dumbbells, heck with a squat rack, pullup bar and dumbbells you have enough equipment for a fantastic workout.

Why are you so angry Import? I think it has little to do with women at the gym and more to do with "The World According to Import."

In my gym, you see like 99% males in the free weights area. Then I realise it's because there's also a female gym with closed doors! Yes, segregation exists today.

    I like what he said.

It may be stupid for those that use the machines up pointlessly (women or otherwise), but the way the OP spoke was ugly and tasteless.
