Seriously guys, what happened ? Everything seems fine now, but when I came in a while ago it appeared I had logged in as someone else, Phase One I think it was, and it was seriously weird. Can anyone tell me what happened ?

No mate. I just wish someone would tell why it happened in the first place yet no one seems to know. I emailed the admin and see what happens but seriously, it was a icon_eek.gif moment.

It just shows that there are quirks in this site. I'd report it to RJ and go on.... probably won't ever happen again.

But for a moment.. you were born again!!! icon_rolleyes.gif

Yesterday several of us got logged off for no apparent reason while we were on.

Something is screwy on the server, I guess.

Actually, I would kinda like to be signed in as someone else....there would be emails flying all over the place. Let it be Hndsmkansan...I'd tarnish his squeaky-clean reputation. .... icon_eek.gif ... icon_lol.gif

    Hi guys,

Yesterday during an update to the site I accidentally corrupted the data store that handles our member sessions. As a result, a handful of people ended up having their session switched to another member. I tried to clear up the problem by resetting the cache without taking the website down. That didn't work so this morning I took the site down entirely and rebooted the servers. The session store is fine now. If you see anything else unusual, please send us an email using the help screen. We'll respond as quickly as possible.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unbelievable! Tech people who actually admit to a faux pas. What's the temperature in hell today?
