Hello I have a question regarding how my body will transform if I were to lose weight.

I'm 20 years old, 6'4 and weigh around 260-265pounds. I'd like to drop down to 200 and then begin weight training.

Do any of you believe that I will have saggy skin and wont be able to have a proper figure?

At your age, and with proper hydration your skin will tighten up over time. If you lose weight faster than your skin has time to tighten up then you will notice sag, but over time the skin will get there. As you get older the skin is slower to tighten and doesn't tighten as much.

The three biggest factors in skin elasticity are age, hydration, and genetics.

Yes, you'll have saggy skin if you don't weight train while losing weight.
    <-- recently lost 60 lbs.

You have to do it all at the same time. Proper nutrition, strength training, and cardio to avoid saggy skin. It's a perfect age to start.

Right there with ya, an inch shorter and started 20lbs heavier. I'm at 249 down 36 pounds since starting in late January.

Up till two weeks ago that was all diet. Now that I've started a regular cardio regimen with some admittedly pathetic, yet fruitful calisthenics, the pace is starting to pick up again. Which makes me incredibly happy! icon_twisted.gif

I haven't noticed any sagging skin, but I'll letcha know in another 40lbs.icon_rolleyes.gif

I am doing the exact same thing as your doing. I think like most said on this thread, its all about hydration, workout and genetics. Just maintain a slow pace in weight loss while maintaining a good work out schedule. I believe they will mutually balance each other out. I am not an expert, just given you the benefit of my experience. Good Luck reaching your goals!
