While I think that apartment is gorgeous, and has quite some character it wouldn't be for me. Knowing that space probably costs several million dollars I would rather spend that on a house with some landscape. I'm not an apartment/townhouse/condo person at all!

Dream big! Most buyers for this apartment will also have a country home, so why wouldn't you? Let this be your pied-à-terre while you spend the bulk of your time at your oceanfront manse in the Hamptons or elsewhere.

you could live in a pretty nice apartment on the beach in Southern California for that. It's not perfect here, but there's sun, surf, miles of beautiful beaches. Why live in hell?? At that price!!

It's all relative.. one man's hell is another's paradise.. I like SoCal, it's plenty relaxing...great place for r&r

.. but some end up missing NY's pace/pulse.. and having 90 guys on Grind within 200 feet ha.. convenience at its finest. icon_eek.gif

    15cpw.jpg

here's the building.. probably another $2,000,000 just for a balcony icon_sad.gif
central park as a backyard, oh one can dream ha
