Can't say Ben and I agree on much...but it's pretty refreshing to hear him talk this way. And on Fox of all places. Is it just me or does it seem like Fox always has some generic, really mean and nasty blond woman on every one of their shows?

    Yup.
There are plenty of generic blondes in a short skirts and fuck me heels on Fox.
The Fox audience is mostly straight men, and they like looking at blondes in short skirts.

    But, re: Stein.
    Good for him.
I also rarely agree with him, but on this he's showing some non partisan wisdom.

There are a few other notable Repubs who have looked at the facts - joined the real world - and called for higher taxes on the rich - but unfortunately the Repub party as a whole is still pushing the same failed trickle down economics - tax cuts for the rich - policy.

Well I am with you and Ben Stein on this for sure. My God !! he made some great points in spite of being constantly interrupted by the blond with a Fox News Agenda. LOL did you notice how she kept saying that raising the taxes on the rich would only bring in 900 and sum Billion, she claimed was just a drop in the bucket. NOT HARDLY !! that would go a long ways toward fixing our financial shortages added to the other cuts being suggested. (minus of course, the Ryan Medicare Ideas)

Economists agree that we need to raise revenues in conjunction with cutting spending.

    Non-economists disagree. icon_confused.gif
