Anyone have opinions on the workout supplement C4?

I've used N.O. Xplode, not a fan. I've used Jack 3D which I really liked and saw great results and awesome workouts. The GNC kept hounding me to try C4 and said everyone is switching to it. I am sure he was just trying to sell a product but I eventually decided to give it a try. It seems ok and I've had some great workouts but I feel like Jack 3D was better. Thoughts?

The same thing happened to me when GNC was having a sale at the beginning of the month. I got two containers and tried it for a few days. The only thing it did for me was make me itch and sweat a whole bunch. I didn't feel any pump at all.

I ended up taking it back and just getting a container of jack3d.

I'm going through a tub of it right now and and feel ambivalent about it. It's got a decent profile and enough stims (Methylhexaneamine) to provide a boost, but it doesn't give me the sustained energy like jack3d did. C4 just seems to dud out after about 45 minutes for me. GNC is in bed with Bond Labs, the makers of NDS products, so yes they push it incessantly. IMO, it's terribly over priced. Pump Fuel by NDS is much better product, but is even more overpriced. Next time I'll order what I really wanted in the first place online. icon_wink.gif

I'll bet the itching was from the beta-aniline. c4 has 1500mg of it. jack3d lists it, but it's lumped in with the other stuff so it's hard to tell how much it has.

    I'll stick to Jac3d.

C4 made me really angry when I take it. I hated it. There was one time I got so angry that I couldn't work out anymore. I used it for about a week and stopped. I gave it to my friend. He recently got out on parole and wanted to get serious with working out. I think its a great idea since he can focus his energy on working out and not physically assaulting people... oh wait, shit.

It absolutely works but it does cause some very aggressive feelings. It honestly felt like more of a drug to me than a supplement. My understanding is that part of it is an OTC drug originally developed to treat cold and allergy symptoms. One of the side effects was a feeling of increased focus and stamina. I also had some severe stomach issues with it so I stopped using it. It works - and you will see results very quickly but there are side-effects. Try it but really proceed with caution.

Yes Ravco that is exactly what the sells guy at GNC told me when I returned both of the tubs and told him about my experience.

If only energy supplements like those didn't make me feel like my heart is going to explode, and I always took less than 1/4 of the suggested serving size.

Thanks, guys. I luckily haven't had any side effects...yet...In regards to the aggressive feelings and anger, hmmm, I usually have blinders on at the gym and am in my own world working out. I have felt recently like everyone is watching me and I just want to scowl at them...lol

Really interesting...kind of worrisome that it was originally used to develop and treat cold and allergy symptoms. I definitely had stomach issues with N.O. Xplode but definitely haven't had any with C4. Would a feeling of increased focus and stamina be so bad though, as a side effect?

No, not at all. That is the reason it is being used in this case. It's the other stuff - gastro-intestinal, anxiety, itching - that happens to SOME users that I am referring to.

What are you thoughts on Ravage? I don't know anyone who uses that, and I haven't heard much about it...?

it makes me feels so jacked up i could ripped people's limbs off. i'm stronger and have more endurance. it's useful if you're dating someone who wants high endurance in a partner. however, if you drink it and don't engage in some sort of activity, i feel like i'm going to vibrate apart
