So I've been letting what very little facial hair I have grow a little. If left to run wild, it becomes this really patchy Fu-Manchu looking crapstache.

But trimming back the to this soul patch/goatee thing: what do y'all think?

Keep it, grow it out more, or just give up on it an shave it clean?

Maybe take a picture that isn't an awkward angle or where you're giving the mean mug. icon_razz.gif

    Then people may properly assess.

you've got a great face, why ruin it with hair? besides, i hate the 'soul patch' - think they look rather silly.

    lol

As for the "mean mug"... that's just my normal expression icon_biggrin.gif

But ok, different angle then - or several:

    My $.04:

I think it looks better in the vid than in some of your profile pics where you're "scruffy." But...I think you make cuter faces in the vid than in posed pics, so it skews my viewpoint. icon_redface.gif

I don't know that it wouldn't look good grown out into something a bit more substantial. Especially with your hair done the way it is in the video, it makes your face look longer than it does in some of your photos, so if that's a look you want, then maybe keep it? But it's not like you have chub-face, so you don't need to do that.

Jury's out for me. Try again in 2 weeks. icon_smile.gif

Heheh. Probably the reflection of the TV off my eyes.

It makes you look older. I'm not opposed to it at all though.

I think most men look more attractive with some facial hair. Besides, it grows on our faces naturally, so to me it just looks more natural to have some. Not to mention it's another thing that makes us different from women.

Hell's yeah, keep it and grow it bigger. Those who don't like it, have never felt one, up close and Personal...really personal.

It's a young guy thing, and you can always shave it off, so go for it. I always nick my chin when I shave, so if I didn't look more goofy with it I'd grow one.

I say if you really want to try it out, go for it. After all, it's only hair and if you don't like it, you can shave it off.

Personally, I think you could possibly look good in it, at least the goatee, I'm not so much into the soul patch look but whatever you like is what matters.

It looks good. Other things will look good too. Experiment: you have a great, rugged, look and all sorts of things will look good on it. It's your face, enjoy it! We are :-)
