Okay for all you British guys, I'm American (Obviously.) and I'm wondering what you think of most Americans being attracted to British guys and their accents in general. Usually an accent over here can be enough to get you laid. I'm wondering what your thoughts are on this and if its the same if the situation were flipped. Lets say an American were to go to London. Do you guys think the accent is cute?

    Example:

I'm going to London in August. (Yeah, I know I'm going to Europe a lot lol.) So I was wondering if people would be attracted to the fact I was American or would they be turned off, etc.

It`s not regarded as cute over here, more like just one more international accent along with Canadian,Australian,South African, etc. The accent here would probably not get you laid.It might even bring you grief.Being Americanophilic,I adore all your accents,North,Southern,West Coast, etc.but then I`m an exception in this country.

That's what someone told me when I was in London. Most people are indifferent towards the accent, but theres a small minority that love it.
