Long track lights with lots of little lights, each with changing colors (256+ preferably) and individual servos, and fully programmable/controllable via USB...

servos? You mean movable spots and such? Sounds spendy.

Dunno what you're up to, but you might be able to homebrew it with arduino controllers, if you've got the time.

What exactly are you trying to do? I do lighting simi-professionaly. Light-o-rama is great if you want to put on a show, but it sounds to me like you are asking for a bunch of RGB MR16 spot lights. Is this for a club?

http://adafruit.com/products/306 is a (waterproof!) strip of color-changing individually-addressable LEDs, 32 per meter, that you could chain together and drive through a hacked-up USB interface.

There's also http://www.adafruit.com/products/322, which is a little more expensive but which is easier to integrate with a microcontroller.

Not sure what you're looking to do with servos, though.
